With degrees in Electronics Engineering and Computer Science, Kiran spent 13 years in a major Wall Street firm before an inner shift in 2011 drew her to spirituality. Rajyoga meditation transformed her life, and she now hopes to inspire others to find the deep, lasting happiness she discovered. Kiran is the Director of the Inner Life Initiative.
Prashant, based in Cambridge, has a background in surgery and integrated health. With over four decades of experience in the spiritual journey, his work explores the connections between the mind, emotions, behavior, and health. As a speaker and author, Dr. Kakoday has shared his insights globally, including contributions to the Medical Teaching Program in the USA.
Sarah, originally from Cambridge, is a trained interior designer who worked at the Science Museum and London design consultancies. While teaching in South East Asia, she discovered Raja Yoga with the Brahma Kumaris in Cambodia. Now back in Cambridge, she teaches, explores ‘real interior design’—inner transformation—and volunteers with the local Brahma Kumaris centre.
